XD-DPC (standalone version) command and dispatching system
Introduction:
XD series command and dispatching products adopt techniques like computer touch screen, wireless keyboard and mouse and speech recognition to replace traditional dispatching operation keyboard. Thus, its reliability and maintainability are improved. Especially, it utilizes dispatcher intelligent answer mode which is specially developed by the company. As a result, it reduces 50% of dispatchers’ workload. Dispatcher telephone system adopts digital four-wire interface, so its call quality and answer speed are largely improved compared with traditional dispatching methods. In addition, it uses P4 IPC as a central control unit of the dispatching system. Thus, its processing capacity is improved over 1,000 times compared with that of traditional dispatching machines which adopt singlechip. Hence, real digital recording can be realized. In another word, voice digital codes are read from exchange network directly and saved in hard disk of IPC rather than signals are simulated on dispatching telephone wires. Voice calling technique makes the system better.

Hotline dispatch, dispatching intelligent answer, dispatching calls extension sets directly, dispatching calls extension sets by one number, single call, group call, general calling, automatic recording, recording management, interactive dispatching, dispatching information search, voice calling [the system identifies incoming calls automatically and calls dispatchers via voice] and direct connection mode [via off-hook of dispatching extension sets, users can communicate with dispatchers directly by telephone].
